The Challenge
White River Christian Church in Noblesville needed concurrent exterior improvement work across multiple building areas. The gym section had EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) damage and failing sealants at expansion joints. A separate entry area had deteriorating wood canopy elements that needed replacement and repainting. The church needed a contractor who could handle both specialty exterior envelope repairs and conventional carpentry and paint work within the same project.
