The Challenge
Yardley Court's community fencing, both the perimeter fencing and the pool area fencing, had accumulated surface contaminants, weathering, and UV degradation. The wood needed cleaning and a fresh protective coating to restore its appearance and extend its service life.
What We Did
Beacon completed a fence maintenance project that included pressure washing of both the wooden border fencing and the wooden pool fencing to remove dirt, mildew, and other surface contaminants. After cleaning and drying, we applied a solid stain system to both fence types, a product that provides both color and protection in a single application.
The Outcome
The cleaned and stained fencing immediately improved the community's curb appeal.
