The Scope
Windslow Crossing is a multi-building condo community on the Southside of Indianapolis. Beacon was brought in to plan and execute a two-year exterior trim repaint program. Phase 1 covered roughly half of the community's buildings. The scope included exterior trim repainting, selective wood and trim replacement where damage was found, detached garage painting, and high-access lift work to reach upper rooflines and chimneys.
What Beacon Did

What Made This Project Stand Out
This project is a strong example of Beacon's ability to manage a larger exterior repaint over multiple seasons while keeping the work organized and consistent across phases. It also shows how proper access and field review during execution can identify elevated repair needs that aren't visible from the ground at the proposal stage. A board planning a multi-year program gets better outcomes when the contractor can flex scope as conditions become visible.
